How it works

1. Conversation
A 30-minute call about the work that costs you the most time. No slides, no pitch. If we are not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.
2. Scope & proposal
Within a week you receive a written proposal: what we build, what it costs and when it ships. Fixed scope, fixed price. The number does not move unless the scope does.
3. First working version
Within two weeks of starting you use a first working version with your real data. Not a mock-up, not a slide. From here, every week ends with something new you can click.
4. Build & refine
We build in weekly increments and review together each week. Your team's feedback goes straight into the next release. Nothing waits for a phase two.
5. Launch
Your software goes live on infrastructure you own: your domain, your accounts, your data. Private hosting and HIPAA-grade setups when the work requires it.
6. Support
After launch we stay on with a fixed monthly retainer for changes, monitoring and new features, or hand over cleanly to your own team with documentation. Your choice.
